Summer wedding: Annika & Jyrki

This Summer I Had the great oportunity to be second shooter with a Photographer I admire:

Maria Hedengren.

I have normally shoot weddings, from the begining to the end, just by myself. But I wanted to try so much the second shooting, that discovering Maria through one of my friends was perfect. So I decide to ask her. 

It was really a fantastic experience, The wedding couple and relatives were just a dear!, the weather was really good, and venue place also fantastic. For me was a challenge and I learned a lot through the day.

Sweet Fifteen

This October has been absolutely gorgeous in Helsinki. Trees were coloured in oranges, yellows and reds, the wind was not as cold as other years, and the combitation of all was just amazing.
I had the oportunity to shoot, during this time, the lovely Emma.
You would agree in how absolutly beautiful she is, sweet, brave, and The Star in this fifteen celebration shooting.
Nothing can be more rewarding that a day like this, just perfect.

Helsinki Design Week 2013

Last week we had the great opportunity to enjoy a great display of design and art in Helsinki.
At the beautiful old warehouse  in Katajanokka was set a fantastic sample of what is now going on in the design world, Scandinavian and also European.
Workshops were also running during the weekend, and non stop activities for adults and kids .
Some of the brands that we could enjoy were, Marimekko, Iittala, Hays, Pelago bikes, Muuto and many more.
Hope that events like this would happen more often!

Päivi and Ella

Last Mother´s day, I gave away two mother and baby´s sessions. Let me introduce you to one of the lucky winners. Päivi and Ella they are just fantastic! Beautiful, happy and so much fun to be with!
Plus we got two more models to shoot: Assu and Frida, which were also very much into the photographing mode.
My heart really melted while shooting and pot- processing these incredible beauties!

A story of friendship, love and baobas

This project meant so much to me. Sometimes life pays you big surprises, and takes people you love all around the world. The good thing to learn about this is just to embrace it, to take it, and to make the best of it!.
We took this pictures for a very special reason. To have our love ones present where ever in the world we live, and where ever we go. For Caetano with love!

Mother ´s day portrait

Last May I had the great joy to shoot a beautiful Mom and baby boy. Minna and Otso were just so fantastic to be with...Again I felt like I am the luckiest photographer in Helsinki!

With this post I am going tell you all, Moms, How important is to have you photograph with your kids. (Also with your partner).

You are all beautiful women, with wonderful kids! So I am encouraging you all to grab this moment and make it timeless.

Summer in Stockholm

Last June I had the chance to pay a short visit to one of my favorites cities ever, Stockholm. I just love this city, the streets, buildings, stylish shops and cafeterias, nice and friendly people in amazing outfits...yes I like!
