Comuniones

Junibacken

We visited Stockholm last April, and as many of you know is one of my favorites cities ever!
We end up joining 3 families and, as the number of kids with us was quite something, we decided to do this trip for the kids joy. We visited the Junibacken museum, and was splendid.
Very nicely organized and built, details were everywhere, and both kids and adults loved it. The train ride was really nice, and is a experience that highly recommend.
Next time in Stockholm we will spend most likely experiencing the city life again, But I have to say that this was a very nice idea.

Beautiful moment

Maternity shoots are something really special. Sometimes i think we women don´t realize that time goes really fast, things change in front of our eyes and we are too busy to notice them.
That is why, I always say to my lovely expecting mums, that now is the time to take pictures!
This family I took pictures, is one of the dearest ever! She is just Beautiful and Love is always there, is a joy to see them together. I cannot wait to meet their new family member, big brother is a Star already :)! Love.

The Winter Garden beauty

Last week I paid a visit to the Winter Garden in Helsinki. There has been renovations during the winter, and was wrapped, so I was just curious to see how it was going to look now. I have been visiting every now and then during my years in Helsinki, doing photoshoots and visiting with family, and I recommend as a spot to keep in mind.

The building is just beautiful, just like the Botanic University Garden, that I photographed and presented on my blog some time ago.
I dedicated this blog to all you greens lovers, and the "viherpeukalo" people, Like Kerttu or Seija (living in Sweden), to encourage them to keep taking care of these beauties that brings so much joy to all of us.
Hope you like it!

Easter walk in Helsinki

This Easter we have enjoy a beautiful weather up here in North. Sunny days, not too cold, and spirits up...good combination to go for a walk a try to capture some nice images. Here I suggest a beautiful walk in Helsinki. Starting point, down at the beach from the Hesperiankatu. You can get as far at you wish, I did stopped at Cafe Regatta, always so cute and authentic. Enjoy it.

End of winter II

Yes! Finally spring has dare to appear, and like has been a tradition lately, I couldn´t resist to capture the last breath of the winter. Somehow,  I find this time of the year specially beautiful...everything looks sad, dirty, wet...but still great. Maybe its because I know that starts the best time of the year (for me at least), summer is so close now!
For this shoot, I choose the Botanic University Garden, in Kaisaniemi, on a foggy sunday.
Hope you enjoy it!

Spring beauty

This spring is being special, wet, thin rain constantly, blurry...People is not very amused and everyone waits for the sunny warm days. But actually, the sadness, colourless and lifeless scenes are really caching my eye lately. Why not to embrace what the city is offering you right now?
Here one pic from Alppipuisto in Helsinki, yesterday at 13:00.
