Helsinki Olympic Stadium

Did you know that, the Helinki Olympic Stadium has been chosen as one of the most beautiful in the world?
Many people might not agree, Is not the biggest or monumentally built but definitely there is something beautiful about it. Maybe because its simple and symmetric design, maybe is the combination of raw materials.
The Stadium was build in 1938 by the architects Yrjö Lindegren and Toivo Jäntti. The style is Pure Functionalistic. The Tower is 72 m tall and from there you can admire the entire city.
1952 was the year for Helsinki to hold the Olympic Games.
If you have some time, is worth the visit! enjoy it!
